Service company in the field of measurement technology seeks software for resource planning

We are a service provider in the field of measurement technology and test various devices using different test procedures.

Procedures and quantity structure (currently monthly):

• - 1000 systems to be tested
• - With 5 to 20 work steps
• - 30 employees (human resources)
• - 100 systems (technical resources)
• - Throughput times for the entire order: 1 to 30 days

We are looking for software for order control, resource planning, and controlling with the following requirements.

• Mapping of processes within the scope of order processing (tests/measurements)
• Display of digital planning board
• Statistical evaluation
• Machine utilization
• Order controlling/post-calculation
• - Order value per system
• - Order value per employee
• Configurable by product field, optionally displayable split across multiple screens
• 1-day planning / 3-day planning
• 1-week planning / 2 or 3-week planning

• Customer number xxx

• Item description
• Input per work step (ideally: create library with work steps)
• Accuracy / Specification / Limit values

• Create a library with type-dependent work steps

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
