Seminar provider seeks seminar management software with trainer login

We are a seminar provider (10 trainers, 40 seminar topics, approx. 200 dates per year) and are looking for seminar management software with trainer login to better organize our continuing education courses, seminars, training sessions, and coaching sessions.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Seminar management
• Link to existing website; registration of applications directly in the software
• Sending of registration confirmations
• Overview of trainer availability and when and where each trainer is assigned (calendar function)
• Trainer login: Trainers can view their appointments, download documents for the seminar, and view their travel documents
• Seminar evaluation and statistics on evaluations
• Overview of sent offers: accepted/rejected
• Chat function or platform for communication with trainers
• Customer login desirable: Overview of past and future bookings, download of participant documents, certificates
• Use via smartphone should be possible
• Must be MAC-compatible
• Coupling with accounting would be optimal

One software workstation is planned. Three workstations would be nice, depending on the cost. In addition, there are read permissions for the 10 trainers.
