As a mini-academy and business founder (August 2015), I am looking for software to help me with seminar processing and administration management.
The software should do or support the following:
- Transfer booking data from my website (Word-Press), CSV file import if necessary.
- Online payment is not currently offered. Invoicing is used to indicate that a seminar is taking place and thus also to request payment of the invoice
- The entire address management and project planning of a seminar in “external” rooms should also be handled in this way
- Speaker maintenance
- Writing invoices
- Writing reminders
- Exporting addresses to print flyers for specific persons if necessary
- If necessary, print layout / graphically created, to be able to store to create further seminars about it
- Be able to store correspondence with customers (mail, correspondence, Word, Excel, PDF. Files with the guarantee that these can still be opened or stored for 10 years)
- Calculation of the seminar (speaker costs, catering, room rental, etc.)
- Presentation of who has registered for which seminar and proof of seminar capacity utilization (mini-max. number of participants)
- Speaker evaluation
- Customer opinions on the seminar or speaker
- Evaluation options in graphical form (costs / effort, topics / speaker)
The following requirements are also known:
- No cloud solution from the software provider
- Server of my database website is at Mittwald, if necessary storage of the software on the server at Mittwald
- Lowest possible costs for software maintenance
- Modular system so that extensions can be made if necessary
- Training near Bonn and installation assistance
- Low acquisition costs, possibly special conditions for start-ups (founded in August 2015)
- No booking: already implemented via my website
- Outlook is already available
One workstation is currently planned, another workstation will be added later.
