We are an IT systems provider and are looking for a key management system for an emergency service on behalf of one of our clients.
The software should track:
- who deposited a key and where
- who picked up the key (key issuance)
- where the key is currently stored (key holder)
Additional requirements:
- Recording of keys (door keys, transponders, or access cards)
- Key tracking
- Addresses associated with keys should be encoded
- Return dates
- Receipts
- Ideally, documentation of locking systems with locking plans (graphics)
- Management of several hundred keys
- Windows system
5–10 software workstations are planned (the emergency service is growing rapidly).
