Seeking inventory management software for a government agency

We are a government agency with multiple locations and are looking for a software solution to inventory our IT landscape that meets the following requirements:

• The software must include a product catalog capable of managing purchased licenses and linking them to the scanned CIs (Configuration Items). In our CMDB (Configuration Management Database), we have approximately 5,000 CIs and 500,000 CI attributes
• Scanning of all network segments, e.g., DMZ (firewall technology to protect internal networks), if possible all operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, SUSE, Mac OS), all network components (e.g., switches)
• Interfaces to Jira and SAP are desirable
• Multi-tenant capability, as there are various organizations on the network
• Runs on VMware
• Software, including manuals, should be in German

Approximately 10 workstations are planned.
