Security and guard service provider seeks access control

We are a security and guard service provider and are looking for access control software for three properties (construction sites) that we currently manage. The main purpose is to determine the current number of employees on site. Time tracking functions are NOT relevant. Turnstiles, handheld scanners, and barriers are in use.
