Sales consulting firm seeks seminar management software

We are active in sales consulting and are looking for seminar management software to plan our events.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Trainer management
• Seminar management
• Sending registration confirmations
• Overview of trainer availability and assignments (calendar function)
• Optional trainer login for selected areas
• Optional statistics on evaluations
• Evaluation option for sent offers
• Invoice dispatch or interface to existing invoicing software
• Use via smartphone should be possible
• Must be MAC-compatible, web-based solution desirable

Four to five software workstations are planned. In addition, there may be read permissions for five external trainers.
