We are a small trading company and are looking for simple software for order processing.
The following requirements must be met:
- Invoicing
- Quotes
- Order entry
- Delivery notes
- Invoices
- Customer master data (with the ability to assign any number of contacts; important - note field for each customer record; date field)
- Product master data
- Appointments sortable by date (overview of all customers scheduled for a specific date)
- Statistics – sorting by various criteria, e.g., product, name
- Edit screen -> Main screen – General overview (list of all customers with sorting options – alphabetically; name, or appointments) -> Select customer -> Click -> Open the customer dialog or customer screen
- Customer dialog – preferably with the following fields (layout)
- Top left: Customer data
- Bottom left: Note field with unlimited character count
- Top right: List of all invoices for the customer
- Bottom right: All items from a selected invoice
- Login should be possible via the Internet from anywhere
- Easy to use
- Financial accounting, inventory, purchasing, and time tracking are not required
- Migration or data transfer from existing invoicing or order processing software, if necessary
Initially, three software workstations are planned.
