Rental program for equipment rental

We need a rental program for our equipment rental (playground equipment, technology, tents, etc.) for a youth club. The following requirements should be met:

• Customer management
• Equipment management
• Make reservations (rental dates with daily pre- and post-reservation) and quick overview whether free or already booked
• Price scaling according to “member rate”, “non-member rate” and “non-member rate and VAT”
• Develop invoices from the rental dates
• Statistics overview: how often was which device booked?
• Connection with “send everything by email”
• 5 employees should have access

Of course we are interested in a price indication.
