Rental company seeks management software

I am looking for software for my rental company that gives me a better overview of the rental situation and supports me in my work. In addition to renting out a few vehicles, I also rent out items that are sent to customers by parcel service. In addition to the rental period, a calendar tool must also take into account the delivery time and a preparation and follow-up time.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Calendar tool that clearly displays availability and items that have already been rented
• Perhaps even integration into a website so that customers can check availability directly
• Deposit management
• Invoicing, if necessary
• Ideally, but not a requirement, an interface to the shipping service provider would also be useful
• Windows-compatible
• Preferably mobile-friendly so that I can work on the go

Only one software workstation is required for the time being.
