Refrigeration and air conditioning company seeks industry solution

Our family business operates in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, and shopfitting. We are looking for a complete software solution that supports us in our daily work.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• (Post-)calculation of projects in terms of: material consumption, hours worked by individual employees
• Integrated time recording; quick overview of who worked on which project and for how long; link to payroll accounting and invoicing; time recording for fitters via app
• Statistics relating to resources, customers, etc.
• Accounting with reminder system (regarding outgoing invoices, reminders, incoming invoices)
• Entering delivery notes regarding stock levels and accounting
• Windows-compatible

There are plans for 3-4 software workstations in the office and 7 mobile access points for time recording by fitters – with a tendency to grow.
