Real estate agent and property management company seeks brokerage software

We are a newly founded company in the real estate industry (real estate agents and property managers) and are looking for software for the brokerage business.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Support in creating exposés
• Customer management
• Prospect registration
• Property management
• Important: Interface with Immoscout and Immowelt
• An interface with existing property management software would be an advantage
• Possibly floor plan presentation or tracing floor plans (as exposés have to be created for old houses)

Two to three software workstations are planned.
