Random generator for security software (control system) wanted

We are a security service provider (e.g., access control systems, fire alarm systems, cylinder locking systems) and are looking for security software for an industrial company. It is a large, well-known company in the confectionery industry. Random checks are to be carried out at two potential factory exits and one entrance (factory gate). The software is to be used by the main gatekeeper. In terms of hardware, i.e. technical equipment, everything is already in place (PC, traffic lights, horn, display, gate).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Variable* random generator for entrances and exits – it is therefore important that the probability of checks cannot be calculated. (triggered by a barrier)
• can run remotely via the company network or hosted via a data center

* = i.e., flexible operation. There should be no fixed (repeating) percentage and therefore no predictable checks, e.g., set to 25% -> every 4th or 17% -> every(r) 6. Instead, the software specifies this variably, e.g. sometimes 11%, after which the next specification is 28%, etc.

One software workstation is provided. The system used is MS Windows.
