Psychological practice seeks software for documenting crisis intervention and emergency pastoral care assignments

For my psychology practice, I am looking for software to document volunteer work in crisis intervention and emergency pastoral care. Currently, these processes are recorded using paper forms. In the future, this will be digitized.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of the entire process with
• Location
• Alarming institution
• Description of the situation
• Course of contact
• Recording of personal data
• Forwarding to clinics or registered colleagues, if necessary
• Recording of health insurance data, if necessary
• Interface for forwarding data to the police, emergency services, clinics, etc., if necessary
• The software must be expandable in terms of licensing
• Support for mobile devices (Android)
• Ideally platform-independent

Initially, one to three software workstations are planned. The computers each run on an older MS Windows system.
