Property manager seeks property management program

We are a property manager with our own and third-party properties and are looking for comprehensive software to manage various rental properties. These include commercial and residential properties as well as garages with many small units.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Master data management
• Management of rental agreements and rental deposits
• Operating, heating, and ancillary cost billing
• Automatic import of various bank account transactions
• Semi-automatic bookings
• Automatic allocation for income surplus accounting or similar
• Centralized bundling of transfers for multiple properties with multiple accounts (e.g., owner accounts)
• Access to the software from currently two locations
• Preferably web-based or cloud solution
• Own server infrastructure with Windows PCs available

Two to five software workstations are planned.
