Production and distribution company seeks working time, absence tracking, and access control system

We are a manufacturing and distribution company in the semiconductor industry with several locations in Germany and are looking for a time and absence tracking system that includes an access control system. Currently, time tracking is done using Excel spreadsheets. Access control is handled by various access systems (cards or chips).

The following requirements must be met:

• Time and attendance tracking
• Access system
• Hardware possible (e.g., tracking with card or chip)
• SAP interface for payroll accounting (at the service provider)
• Optional project booking, production planning
• For project-related working hours, including changing projects during the day
• Working hours related to production orders

The system should be usable by all 250-300 employees. In addition, approximately 25-30 employees should be given extended options or rights within the system (supervisors, HR, payroll accounting). The initial plan is to implement the system as a pilot project at one location with approximately 70 employees.
