As a private individual, I have a large collection of literature. My private library comprises approximately 11,000 books, mainly in German, with a certain proportion in Romance languages and approximately 5% in English and French. At a later date, I will be adding a private library of approximately 6,000 books from my relatives, mainly in Russian. The merger would add many books, but some would probably be discarded. The subject areas in both libraries would be general literature, medicine, general biology, and art history. I am looking for library management software for non-commercial purposes.
