Printed circuit board manufacturer seeks QM software (ISO 9001, AS 9100)

I am a QM consultant and am looking for QM software with a focus on document management for a Turkish electronics company. Printed circuit boards are manufactured using SMD and THT with assembly and testing. The software will also be used to track and manage customer documents such as manufacturing and test documents, current parts lists, and work plans.

Requirements of the QM software:

• Support for ISO 9001 and AS 9100 (because of project-oriented manufacturing)
• Support for QM aspects of printed circuit board manufacturing (SMD, THT, assembly, testing/inspection)
• Document management
• Support for customer satisfaction, complaint management, goods receipt, manufacturing, production preparation, process control, final inspection, shipping, restricted storage, tracking of testing and measuring equipment and calibration
• Support for SPC, failure mode and effects analysis, risk management, configuration management
• Dialog languages: German, English, ideally also Turkish

The customer wants a local solution (on premises). Approximately 30 software workstations are planned (15 in the office and approximately 15 in production).
