I am a self-employed physiotherapist for animals (large animals) and am looking for suitable software for this purpose. I run a mobile practice and have an office for the relevant work. I document findings, diagnoses, and other information recorded on site manually on paper or on a smartphone. Photos and voice memos are also stored on the smartphone. Everything is then transferred to the computer in my office and digitized.
