Plastic surgery practice with affiliated cosmetic institute seeks practice manager

My practice for plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology for self-paying and private patients is currently in the start-up and setup phase. A cosmetic institute with product sales will be affiliated with it. I am looking for a software solution for the management of the practice and cosmetic institute.

The following requirements must be met:

• Patient management
• Appointment management
• Staff scheduling
• Follow-up and callback campaigns (also via SMS)
• Billing (only self-paying and private patients)
• Statistics for evaluating conversion rates
• Efficiency of marketing measures

Additional functions are required for the sale of products in the cosmetic institute:

• Purchasing with supplier management
• Sales with cash register
• Warehousing

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
