Physical therapy practice seeks patient/client management system

I am looking for a simple patient or customer data entry system for my private physiotherapy and personal training practice. In principle, it should replace the traditional index card.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Record patient or client master data
• Have a findings form
• “Import” medical findings and store them in a folder for each patient or client
• Enable documentation for each treatment appointment in order to record the course of treatment
• Be able to enter exercises, training plans, or homework
• If possible, have a dictation function that also supports medical terminology
• In addition, there should be the option of an “electronic signature” for fee agreements and data protection declarations, etc.
• Enable synchronization with other devices
• Function offline if possible
• Support macOS and iOS

A billing program and appointment calendar are available.

One software workstation is provided.
