We are seeking configurable control software (supervisory control station) for high-bay warehouses on behalf of our global pharmaceutical company, which should meet the following requirements:
- Pallet storage and retrieval
- User authorization for specific items
- Customization of storage conditions
- Storage conditions must be observed, e.g., temperature
- i.e., the first available space must not be selected for storage, but rather a storage location that meets the storage conditions of the respective product
- Information on pallet movements (unique ID), e.g., when and which material was stored on which pallet, must be retained for 10 years.
- Integration of the new control system between SAP ERP and Siemens S7
- Control is managed via Siemens S7
- Migration and commissioning in two subsidiaries are mandatory
- Data is to be transferred from the Oracle database
- Material master data is transferred from SAP
- First-level support in each subsidiary
- In the event of an error, contact with the provider is always made through a global contact person at the subsidiary in Germany
- The existing system is to be phased out or replaced
- No public cloud solution desired
There are no restrictions on the hardware and software to be procured.
Software workstations are planned for two administrators, two supervisors, and three users at the receiving and shipping lanes.
