Personnel service provider seeks software for private employment agencies

As a personnel service provider based in southern Germany, I am looking for software for private employment agencies for direct personnel placement. I do not offer temporary employment services and only provide personnel placement services in B2B.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Data management of applicant data, applicant management
• CV parsing
• Upload CVs, documents (e.g., references)
• Create customer accounts, customer management
• Create customer job vacancies (nice-to-have: matching applicants to the respective position)
• Create projects for job vacancies
• Process monitoring of these projects, process management
• If necessary, transfer data from LinkedIn and Xing
• GDPR compliance, i.e., processing of data protection regulations within the program
• Modular structure desirable
• Lowest possible costs, as this is a start-up
• Software not in English
• Web-based preferred

Due to time constraints, I would prefer not to be offered 14-day demo versions.

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows.
