Personnel service provider seeks administrative software

We are a personnel service provider (in formation) offering temporary staffing and placement services for executives and specialists in the commercial, IT, and engineering sectors. We have already decided on a CRM solution and an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Now we are looking for a suitable software solution for managing temporary employment and placement orders, which only needs to map the standard processes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Order management
• Invoicing
• Time recording
• Payroll accounting for external employees
• The provider should be able to respond flexibly, quickly, and in a legally compliant manner to the constant legal changes in the temporary employment industry
• Interface to Lexware
• Preferably cloud-based or SaaS

Three to ten software workstations are planned for the first year (later increasing to a maximum of 50).
