Parcel delivery company seeks fleet management

We are a parcel delivery service and are looking for a fleet management system for our company. Our fleet currently consists of 150 vehicles and is growing to approximately 400 vehicles.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Digital vehicle records, including all relevant fleet data and reports
• Damage management
• Dashboard for a clear overview of, for example, vehicle assignments
• Tire management (tire data, tire storage, tire inventory, etc.)
• Cost and outlier analyses
• Operating costs
• Fuel card import
• Mileage and fuel monitoring (consumption, etc.)
• Interface capability with PLT software
• Excel export
• Multi-client capability
• User management / access rights
• Optional modules for electric vehicles
• Optional pool vehicle management

Approximately 6 software workstations are planned.
