Organization for education and social services seeks daycare center management

We are an education and social services organization and are initially looking for a daycare management system for one of our kindergartens as part of a pilot project. Until now, many things have been recorded in writing in books.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Manage children's attendance
• Store information about persons authorized to pick up children
• Documentation of children (diapering log, portfolio, etc.)
• Communication with parents
• Contracts
• Interfaces with accounting and city authorities
• References to similar projects in the area are desirable
• Web-based solution desired

Initially, 5-10 software workstations (mobile devices) are planned as a pilot project for one daycare center. In the future, we plan to expand to all daycare centers in our organization.
