Order processing for a letter shop wanted

Our company is active in the lettershop and mailing production sector. We work together with many print shops (print pool) from which we commission printed matter. The finished printed matter is then processed in-house.

We are looking for software that fulfills the following requirements:

• Processing incoming customer enquiries
• Inquiries to our print pool
• Preparation of quotations for customers
• Order confirmation to the customer
• Order / print job to the print shop
• Invoicing with dunning process
• Entering forms yourself
• Personalization of mailings and other printed materials such as invitation cards
• Work processes such as stapling, gluing, cutting, folding, enveloping and much more should be mapped
• Multi-client capability

The use of the software is planned for 2-3 workstations.
