Online appointment scheduling for a veterinary practice wanted

We are a veterinary practice with 2 locations for the small animal practice, a farm animal practice and an equine practice. We have 6 mobile employees for the farm animal and equine practices. We are looking for an appointment management system for our practice that can be accessed by all departments.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

• Appointment calendar for 3 groups (3 pages / day)
• Columns can be customized, e.g. equine practice - 2 columns, livestock practice - 4 columns, small animal practice - 2 columns for each location
• Very important: appointments should be able to be moved and, if necessary, assigned to another employee
• Note field for each appointment
• Online-based, so that appointments can be entered directly on site, e.g. for follow-up visits
