Municipality seeks software for real estate management and facility management

We are looking for real estate management and facility management software for our municipality with the following requirements:

• Municipal real estate management for approx. 100 apartments, 4 schools, and 5 kindergartens
• Support for all aspects of rental property management
• If possible, parts of facility management, preferably in the public sector
• Ideally, support with public tenders, such as for building cleaning contracts
• The solution should ideally already be in use in other municipalities

Approximately 1-3 software workstations are planned.
