Municipality seeks receipt program (fee collection)

We are looking for fee collection software for our municipality (in the resident services department).

The program must meet the following requirements:

• Suitable for use in a municipal residents' registration and passport office
• Various categories (e.g., passport issuance => then a fixed price must appear when clicked, driver's license => ... etc., then flexible prices, e.g., for certifications)
• At the end of the month, cash deposit, printout of the cash balance, including what was received in cash and what was received by EC card - per employee, cash balance check
• Cash audit must be possible
• Only record and acknowledge receipts
• Cash receipts, EC card payments
• No credit card payments accepted
• Runs in a Windows environment

At least six software workstations are planned.
