Municipal company seeks mobile time and work time recording system

We are a municipal company and are looking for a mobile time and work time recording system for the areas of green space maintenance, winter services, and facility maintenance.

The software should support the following requirements:

• Mobile billing of services or working hours by employees
• Recording of working hours on green spaces (precise to the parcel of land, e.g., 3 hours worked on property Y on day X, description of tasks performed)
• Recording of working hours in winter services (billing of services accurate to the minute, possibly GPS-supported)
• Display and processing of checklists for facility maintenance
• Sending repair orders to mobile devices
• Ease of use
• Import and export interface to MS Excel – importing lists of orders to be processed, output in MS Excel

At least 15, but more likely 25 users are planned.
