We are a company in the medical technology industry (manufacture and distribution of medical products) and are looking for software to record employee working hours.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Connection to LDAP/Active Directory
  • Automated management and evaluation of individual employees' time accounts
  • Employees and supervisors or administrators can make entries in the time account – it is sufficient if this works on company premises
  • Employees must be able to specify the start and end of their working time
  • Daily working time must be calculated from start and end times and break times
  • Break times must be calculated automatically without having to be entered by the employee
  • It must be possible to add working time retrospectively
  • Values must be able to be changed retrospectively (e.g. by the supervisor or administrator)
  • It must be possible for the employee to deactivate break times for individual days
  • For all entries, the time of entry and the person making the entry must be traceable
  • It must be possible to take individual weekly working hours into account - it must be possible to set individual weekly working hours
  • Deviations from the 5-day week - Individual regular daily working hours must be able to be set; if necessary, days on which work is (not) regularly performed must be able to be marked.
  • Public holidays should be able to be added (automatically) at 1/5 of the weekly working hours.
  • It must be possible to enter vacation - regular daily working hours must be credited for vacation
  • It must be possible to enter sick days (e.g., by the assistant)
  • Overtime and days off must be marked or taken into account (without counting working hours - entry is more for information purposes)
  • It must be possible to generate a current overview of overtime for each employee
  • Overtime must be able to be carried out in any amount by the supervisor (e.g., for payment).
  • Network-compatible
  • Windows-compatible

Approximately 35 software workstations are planned.
