Medical practice (group practice) seeks practice management

We are a medical practice (group practice) and are looking for practice management software. We aim to develop the practice into a medical care center covering a range of specialist areas (orthopedics, rehabilitation medicine, X-ray, and sports medicine).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Statutory health insurance and private billing
• Appointment scheduler for patients and
• Appointment scheduler for staff - working time accounts
• Integration of third-party programs (X-ray, ultrasound, etc.)
• Cash book
• Text modules for MS Word
• Laboratory integration
• Scan function with optimized storage of findings
• Electronic patient files
• Ideally, tax interface and invoice management
• Management of surgical procedures (documentation, billing, surgical reports)
• Easy to use, user-friendly – self-explanatory, so to speak
• On-premises
• Suitable for home office

Seven to eight software workstations are planned.
