We are a media and marketing agency and are looking for web-based event management software for our annual event.

The software should support the following tasks:

  • Artist management (master data, fees)
  • Manage 2 stages (be able to store program schedule)
  • Space and booth rental (trade fair booths and sales booths)
  • Staff allocation
  • Event cost management
  • Admission control
  • Ticket sales
  • For additional events, possibly connection to a ticket platform
  • Cloud or web-based

We are planning for 10-15 software workstations.
