Manufacturing and trading company (plastic products) seeks contract management

We are a medium-sized manufacturing and trading company specializing in plastic components and are looking for an order management system.

The solution we are seeking should meet the following requirements:

• Interface with production control and materials management
• Customer database (orders, addresses, processes such as complaints)
• Optional supplier management
• Documentation of the manufacturing process (progress tracking, work orders, quality assurance)
• Material planning
• Windows-compatible
• No expensive licensing model that requires annual renewal, no high maintenance costs
• If possible, not a pure cloud solution, as data must remain accessible even after a contract is terminated

Approximately 5 software workstations are planned.
