We are looking for quality management software for our production and trading company in the field of drive technology.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Mapping of the existing QM manual in relation to the 9001 2015 standard ***
  • Test equipment management with automatic reminders (email) ***
  • Training management ***: Mapping of training courses, determination of training needs and identification of these in a qualification matrix with email reminders
  • Rights and roles concept ***
  • Recording of test results/mapping of test plans **
  • Data protection management **
  • Audit management **
  • Risk management (nice to have) **
  • Key performance indicator management *
  • Interface to existing ERP system, if applicable*
  • An on-premises solution is desired***

The number of software workstations is not yet known. Approximately 50 employees have a PC and should have access to the software (with different rights), if applicable.
