Manufacturing and service company (furniture) seeks PPS system

We are an internationally active manufacturing and service company (furniture) and are looking for software for capacity planning for our (individual) production. The company has approximately 40 employees working in production in a single-shift operation.

We have the following requirements for the production planning and control system:

• Planning and scheduling of orders
• Capacity planning
• Status monitoring of orders (percentage-based if possible)
• Flexibility with regard to unplanned additional work, downtime, and schedule changes
• Visualization for employees is desirable, e.g., planning board
• Ideally, this should be expandable with additional applications such as an ERP system, etc.
• Cloud technology is desirable
• Minute-by-minute or second-by-second planning (detailed planning) is not expected to be necessary

We need approximately 5-10 licenses for software workstations.
