Manufacturer of electrical household appliances seeks content management system

We are a manufacturer of electrical household appliances and are looking for an editorial system for creating manuals. Currently, our manuals are created and revised by a full-time employee using a professional layout and typesetting program. We are looking for a more economical solution for this.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Assistance with the creation of manuals
• Automatic creation of PDFs from within the software
• Ideally, the software should also enable us to automatically create product texts based on characteristics stored in our merchandise management system and embed these on our homepage or in product texts on platforms.
• Windows-compatible

One software workstation is planned.
