Manufacturer and distributor (illuminated advertising systems) seeks project management software

We are a manufacturer and distributor (illuminated advertising systems) and are looking for project management software to handle location-specific projects. We are currently using software that we developed ourselves, which needs to be replaced.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Workflow-driven approval processes (headquarters approves equipment, location approves on-site installation, etc.)
• Task lists/project boards
• User-defined forms for object management
• Integration of a configurator
• Connection to ERP system
• Free definition of reports and queries
• Integration of subcontractors and customers
• On-site recording of location information (images, documents)
• Mobile-enabled
• Offline-enabled
• Authorization control
• Open for interfaces (ERP, configurator, shop)
• ISO certification of the provider

50 in-house workstations are planned. Approximately 200 external partners are also to have access.
