As an external consultant for a customer in northern Germany in the education/health management sector (training in health and nursing assistance), I am looking for software that will relieve him of a large part of his administrative tasks.
Currently, much of the work is done “on demand”; Excel spreadsheets are used extensively, some of which are copied/updated (and prone to errors), and depending on the target group, these or excerpts thereof are distributed to recipients via various media (email, WhatsApp, hard copy, etc.).
The intention is that a wide variety of people (company owners, students, lecturers, business partners, if applicable) with different rights should be able to access certain functions from a wide variety of platforms (PC, Mac, Apple/Android smartphone). For example, students should be able to view lesson plans and exam dates, find out about last-minute room changes, etc. Lecturers, on the other hand, should be able to see schedules showing where and when they are supposed to teach, keep online class registers, and even upload their fee invoices if necessary. The owners (MacBook users) themselves should, of course, have many editing options at their disposal, such as entering lists, creating schedules, writing/sending invoices, and much more.

In terms of software workstations and licenses, we are looking for 2-3 full licenses with all rights, 20 instructors with limited rights (light editing) and all others with read-only access.
