Management consultancy seeks human resources management software for a social institution

We are a management consultancy based in northern Germany and are looking for human resources management software for a social institution (youth welfare), also based in northern Germany.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Duty roster planning for 10 employees
• Time recording for employees (working hours, absences, vacation, etc.)
• Client overview – client requirements per week
• Preferably online, web-based
• Windows-compatible

The clients live in the facility and have different appointments each week, which should ideally be taken into account directly when creating the duty roster.

Two software workstations are planned.
