Management consultancy seeks ERP system

We are a management consultancy specializing in factory planning, logistics, and process management, and we are looking for an ERP system.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Master data (number ranges, articles, customer/debtor master data, payment terms, article groups, employee master data, time recording, travel expense accounting in accordance with current legislation, operating calendar, inventory, license management)
• Support for sales, order management and processing, project and resource planning, purchasing, financial management, document management system, business intelligence, and controlling processes
• Detailed process optimizations:
• Sales: Quote management, quote versioning, quote creation, contact documentation, and telephone connection if possible
• Order processing: Order management, order billing
• Project and resource planning: project management, capacity planning, project data, project time recording
• Purchasing: order management, order confirmations, supplier management
• Financial management: chart of accounts, incoming and outgoing invoices, transfer to banking software, cash book management, transfer of data to tax office for annual and monthly financial statements, dunning
• Document management: Keywording of documents, assignment of documents, management of access rights, version management of documents
• Business intelligence: Sales evaluations, project evaluations, order evaluations, employee evaluations, key performance indicators, liquidity evaluations, other evaluation options
• Data transfer: Customer data, debtor data, supplier data, creditor data, article list, current offers, previous year's figures

Approximately eleven software workstations are required, with the possibility of additional temporary workstations for students. Work is carried out in an MS Windows environment.
