We are looking for software to help us with the logistical planning of events.
The software should be capable of the following:
- Inventory management for up to 300 items
- Ability to create packages
- Assigning materials to events (consumables and reusable items) for different events, either simultaneously or on different dates
- Automatic updating of the inventory list and alerts in case of shortages
- Material issuance and return
Additional requirements:
- In the future, we also want to simplify staffing planning for event support staff; this would involve submitting a request to a talent pool, and individuals would sign up for various events. A web-based solution would be advantageous here.
- Vehicle requests should also be handled more efficiently. We do not have our own fleet but request vehicles from a fixed partner.
- We use MS Outlook and Jira from Atlassian; an SQL database is available. Compatibility with these programs should be ensured if possible.
- The price for the software should be around €500.
Approximately 5 workstations are planned.
In summary, we want to simplify and standardize the entire logistics process within our organization.
