Looking for software for a physiotherapy practice after taking over the practice

We are taking over a small physiotherapy practice with four employees on 01.02.2016. After taking over the practice, we want to use software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Windows-compatible
• Clear and not too complicated to use
• Good price-performance ratio
• Typical functions for a physiotherapy practice with not too many details, e.g:
• Appointment scheduling
• Prescription control
• Findings/therapy reports (kept simple)
• Billing

The software is required for one workstation in the practice and another at home.
