I am looking for a database for a picture collection. There are about 1500 different pictures. The aim is to carry out research and produce printouts after recording the data in the database. So far I have been working with Excel. Problems have arisen with the input of the images and further processing.

The following fields are required:

  • Item no.
  • Quantity
  • Picture
  • Name of artist
  • Nationality
  • title
  • Image size
  • Sheet size
  • Technique
  • Edition no. e.g. 1/200 - Year of creation
  • EK price
  • VK price
