Logistics company seeks freight forwarding software

We are a logistics company specializing in parcel shipping to China. We recently entered the freight forwarding business. Therefore, we are looking for suitable software that maps the operational processes of a freight forwarding company. So far, we do not have our own vehicles in use for this purpose. However, this is planned in the medium term.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Management of processes from order receipt to order placement
• Master data management
• Communication with customers and suppliers
• Analysis
• Multimodal transport should be able to be mapped
• Ideally, warehouse logistics can also be mapped with the solution
• Connection to transport exchanges, e.g., Eu Trans, Timocom
• Interfaces: accounting, customs
• Flexibility, interfaces to upstream systems, e.g., WMS, possible
• Multilingual, especially English should be supported
• Cloud solution
• Reliable IT provider who can also offer other related products in the logistics area, e.g., WMS, fulfillment management
• User-friendly

At least three software workstations are required. However, it is not yet possible to specify the exact number.
