Legal service provider (mediators) seeks a case management system

We are looking for an order management system for our company that can be (largely) customized to meet our needs. Orders are processed through a specific workflow, with each stage linked to a reporting function (sending Word or PDF files).

The following requirements must be met:

• Order entry (orders via phone, fax, or email)
• Database-driven
• Orders must be processable with claim numbers in various formats
• A code system for the various legal protection insurance providers would be desirable
• Order forwarding to independent contractors (lawyers or mediators throughout Germany)
• Documentation of order processing status (by freelancers)
• Results are forwarded to the legal protection insurance companies
• Invoicing, billing based on flat rates
• Reports on order type, status, and outcome (e.g., total number of cases, successful or failed)
• Various roles required - admin, back office, freelancers
• Data security and privacy protection, as personal and sensitive data is processed
• Sending of Word or PDF files
• Web-based

The software is planned for 20–30 users with different access rights.
