IT service provider seeks seminar and course management software for a flight school company

As an IT service provider, I am looking for seminar and course management software for a flight school company (training and further education) and provider of air travel (accompanied flights abroad). Several thousand customers are currently managed using the existing seminar management system. Invoicing is currently carried out using a separate merchandise management application, Sage Office Line Evolution. This software will continue to be used, but only for the shop. An interface between the applications may be desirable.

The software should meet the following requirements:

Seminars

• must be able to be created and edited
• Cancellations, date changes, and other information must be sent to participants via email
• Maximum and minimum participant numbers must be able to be specified
• Seminars, courses, and trips must be able to be created with different VAT rates (19%, 20%, 0%, and others if applicable)
• VAT must be automatically transferred to the invoice according to the country
• Resource calculation (for x participants, minimum number, flight instructors, and shuttle buses)
• Data from Firebird DB must be importable, and migration of existing user and course data from a Firebird DB must be possible
• Invoicing with automatic discount functions
• Multiple participation
• Youth discount
• Student discount
• Discount on equipment purchases
• Discount on multiple bookings

Participants

• Information created or edited for participants
• Name
• Full address
• Other contact information
• History should be available for participants
• Courses attended
• Information sent, messages, special emails
• Special features - Freely definable, evaluable, filterable fields - Weight, height, age, gender
• Transfer of invoices and open items to DATEV (DATEV is expected to be introduced in accounting for all invoicing by the flight school)
• Interface for importing and exporting customer records from SQL database
• Evaluation and statistics functions, e.g., average number of participants by location, course, or profit/loss calculation by location, course
• Sending info emails to selectable participants (various filter and selection options, e.g., all participants of a specific combination course in 2018; all participants who booked a flight between 2016 and 2018)
