We are an IT security service provider and are looking for a seminar management system for one of our customers. Only SaaS offerings will be considered.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- Participant management (master data, letters, billing, seminar display, seminar durations, accommodation booking and management, certificate issuance)
- Appointment management (topics, lecturers, room resources)
- Topic/course management (seminar topic, max. number of participants, booked places, lecturer pool or selection by subject area, exam documents with grade or point management)
- Resource management (rooms, lecturers, min/max participants, accommodation options, scheduler, billing, seminar documents)
- Self-service for participants (download seminar documents, participant confirmation/certificate, optional accommodation booking & meals, schedule overview)
- Evaluations (seminar overview by topic, participant statistics, exam statistics/exam results, utilization over the year)
- Accounting (invoicing and dunning)
- Communication module (invitations, confirmations, invoices, results, sent by post or alternatively digitally (by email))
- Permissions (different permission levels for different administrators, participants, lecturers)
- Cloud-based as SaaS (GDPR-compliant cloud hosting); own hosting is not desired
- Participants should be able to access the system with all types of mobile devices as clients
Five software workstations are planned for administrators, plus access for lecturers and participants.
