We are an IT company operating in the automotive industry and are looking for software to record the working hours of initially around 150 employees, with the possibility of adding a further 50 employees at subsidiaries in other locations.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Mobile time tracking with a smartphone or tablet
  • Creation of vacation requests and approvals
  • Display of personnel attendance overviews, shift schedules
  • Vacation calendar
  • Possible holiday management
  • Absence management
  • Interfaces for data transfer to payroll programs (SAP HR)
  • Interface for data transfer to Microsoft Outlook
  • Interface transfer, possibly as a csv file
  • Transparent time recording: Employees can track time recording
  • Preferably with GPS data recording (but not a MUST)

Initially, two software workstations are required in human resources management.
